Which place in Ostend inspires you most as a chef?
The old pier. Watching the fishing boats come and go is always fantastic. The beach and our cabin in peaceful Raversijde are also places where I can relax and find inspiration.
If your kitchen had a soundtrack, what song would it be?
Les filles du bord mer! Arno was also a frequent guest at our restaurant at the time.
How would you describe your type of cuisine?
Classic, local and seasonal. Taste comes first. Southern sea breeze. Not sensitive to hypes.
